Power Control Centre is considered to be the heart of an electrical system in any industry. Therefore it shall offer users long term reliability, safety, low maintenance & testing time.
The MCC panels are conventional to the international standards and are available with multiple power stabs that help in supporting high capacity industrial motors. We can provide number of vertical sections of motor control centres in different amps with mains and lug compartments. We provide controllers with manual or automatic means of starting or stopping the motor, selecting forward or reverse rotation, selecting and regulating the speed, regulating or limiting the torque and protecting against overloads or faults. We can make motor controllers with different features and complexities depending on the task that the motor will be performing.
Most of the commercial and Industrial installations in the country have large electrical loads which are severely inductive in nature, such as motors, large machines, air conditioners, drivers etc. Which results in a severely lagging power factor. This means loss and wastage of energy and heavy penalties by electricity boards. In case of fixed loads this can be taken care by manual switching of capacitors.
However in case of rapidly varying and scattered loads it becomes difficult to maintain a high power factor by manually switching on/off the capacitors in proportion to variation of load within an installation. This drawback is overcome by using an APFC panel (Automatic Power Factor Correction Panel) which not only maintains a high power factor but also eliminates the need for constant manual intervention.

A Drive Panel is used to save the power in the industries where there is huge power requirement like Sugar mills, Steel plants, Refineries, thermal power plants, etc. The Drives are available in AC as well as DC options. These drives are PLC based and saves electricity up to 30%, which in such large plants matters a lot. Drive panels are also manufactured for small machineries also such as agricultural machines and synchronous machines.
DG Synchronizing Panel which is based on load in KW. Hence the actual sharing, starting, stopping & transfers are actual load dependent & not on any other unrealistic parameter like voltage, current. etc. Changing of scheme becomes very easy because of changes are made through software only. There is no changing of wires, adding of components like relays, contactors, which is very time consuming, cumbersome & requiring additional space.
D. G.sets are always tried to run with 80 % to 90 % load factor, where we get maximum efficiency of D.G.sets. This is easily possible with our system.
Power distribution board (PDB)that are precision designed for the power distribution in different sections of an industry, big building, etc. where only short circuit protection and overload protection are required. These protective devices can be fitted with different protective relays which can trip the CB against various types of faults
